[DVD/Video] "The Tortoise and the Hare"

Does anyone else remember this film - from the days (1970'ish) when enthusiasts went to "film nights" put on by motor clubs; showing films produced by the big manufacturers - Ford etc.
My recollection is that this one was produced by Pirelli to promote the Cinturato. The tortoise was a big artic trundling through Italy? and the hare was an "E" type (bloke with his bird) which rushed off into the distance then stopped to admire the view, have dinner etc.
Very pictorial and subtle, beautiful scenery, wonderful music and engine sounds - from memory there was no reference to the Cinturato until the very end.
Am I right? - and does anyone know if the "film" still exists as I'd love to watch it again!
(Duke have no knowledge of it and my efforts so far to trace it via Pirelli here in UK have proved unsuccessful - perhaps I haven't found the right person yet - someone who has been there long enough to remember it!)
