FANTASY RACING LEAGUE - Long Beach Results *ENTRY IS STILL OPEN*
At long last, here are the results from Round 1 at Long Beach. Sorry it took so long. I've been WAY too busy with schoolwork. Don't let anyone tell you that engineering degrees are easy to get.
Congratulations to Club 27 Racing who were victorious at Long Beach. Team Prodrive picked up the bonus point for pole position. RESULTS [Rank][Team][Race Points][Championship Points] 1. Team Effort 51 15 9. Pineapple Racing 48 13 10. Nomad Racing 45 11 11. Boehm Racing 41 10 12. Crunckalicious Viva Mexico 35 9 13. Pinnacle Motorsports 29 8 14. Underwood Racing Enterprises 26 7 15. Team Smersh 22 6 16. Hazard Sport Eurpoe 20 5 17. Crooks Motorsports 19 4 Did not score: Bellof Rennsport Omega Motorsports Domenech Mecagondena Racing So there it is. I'll be making up a more comprehensive spreadseet that will take mere minutes to update and so future races will be scored much much quicker. Muzza, I decided that I would be unable to score your team for this round because of the duplicate team rule. I really couldn't think of another solution that was fair to everyone. And keep in mind that anyone who has Vasser or Pizzonia on their teams (for example) will have to keep track of their status for the next race to make changes as necessary. You've got 4 weeks so that's fiar warning. And remmeber, entry is still open. So anyone who hasn't joined sign up now. There's plenty of racing left to take the championship even if you didn't score for the first race. |

i'm quite pleased with my result!!
7th place is better than the bottom of the field which is where i sat most of last year. |
