thebullet has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
What is your favorite?

What is your favorite club, championship or series. Mine is the LMA Euro saloons, they have some great cars in there.

It's a case of each to their own on this one.

In the early 90's it was probably the Super Road Saloon Championship, which had big grids, a fair camaradarie in the competitors, and was good fun.

Today, it's the BARC-SE Track & Race Cars series. Very cheap racing compared to LMA Eurosaloons, great support, a great crowd, though it's a South Eastern based series, not going any further north than Silverstone, or Snetterton. This year, it goes to Castle Combe (yay!)

I'm also doing the Dunlop V8 Supercar Challenge, round 1 is at Snetterton, 13/14May. Be there! It's also a date on the TRC calendar too!! I'm gonna be busy! Can't say much about the V8's, its brand spanky new. Hopefully it'll be a hit with competitors and spectators alike.

Rob.

Is the question being asked from a spectating or a competing point of view?

If it's from a spectating perspective:

In no particular order:

Internationals Supersports (Can-Am)
F5000
2CV's

You'll note that I haven't put TRC as "favourite to watch" as I shouldn't be watching it - I'm supposed to be racing in it!

Well I have to say I have been out of it a bit for a while but the two Pre-83 Group1 Touring Car races I have watched recently had everything in a race that I want to see. Interesting cars, plenty of action and no one running away with it.

At the moment it's the Vees....haven't seen club racing in years! Just gone back for two meetings so far this season, then Cadwell weekend after this - really loving it.

Beyond Vee's I like, Britsports, Bikesports, Stock Hatch and the TRC's. Pickups are a lotta fun too

Gotta be the BARC SE Dunlop Track and Race Car Saloon Championship. (Try saying that after a couple of drinks)! Great variety cars, great racing and a lovely bunch of guys and girls. (I'm not biased in any way shape or form)

Vee's run a close second. Also great close racing and lovely people.

Its just annoying when they run the same weekend...where do I go?!
