When Can I Expect...

Hi,

As some of you may know, im pretty new to all this, so please be patient with me, you normally are

Anyway, i PM'ed Steve Gibson, saying that i would like to marshal for the BTCC at Croft on the 16th July. He asked me to email him back with my details and he would sort things out for me.

I did that and i havent heard anything back since, so the reason im here at the moment is, does that mean that things are sorted and i shouldnt worry about it now, just wait for everything to come through the post, and also when can i expect instructions/passes. This will be my first event as a marshal, so if anyone would like to meet up with a newbie, feel free, i think ill be pretty bewildered when i get to the circuit, and also im not really one for saying "hi" in a new place, bit shy if u like lol. im sure itll all be fine.

Anyway, ive got my oranges so i just need to get myself to come events!

Also im i being stupid, or has the chat function gone from ten-tenths?!

You probably won't hear anything now until about two weeks before the event - your passes etc will (I Think) come straight from the BARC.

You could always put in a call to Sarah at the BARC (Marshals Secretary) just to put mind at rest, but I'm sure Steve will have things sorted for you.

PS Chat room seems to be fine - but I have been having problems all week with tenths pages.

Hi Steve! Sorry, its just as a "virgin to marshaling" i was a bit worried thats all. Think im just getting a bit eager and impatient and want it to be now.

Anyway thanks again.
