Club 27 Racing picked up their first Pole Position Award with their drivers (Justin Wilson, Sebastian Bourdais and Andrew Ranger) all qualifying in the top 6. Team Prodrive would like to congratulate all 3 of its drivers for a all round good performance. Once again Allmendinger has shown that he is the driver to beat and Justin Wilson did well despite early tyre issues. Also congratulations to Christiano Da Matta who seems to be once again getting to grips with Champcar.

What a disastrous effort. With autodestruction mode brought on by Philippe and Wilson trudging slowly to 4th, we were losers today. Ah well.
Philippe's position within the team will be reviewed in the next hours... or minutes. |
