Some great pics there fella - the paddock shots are a great insight as well - was the paddock open all weekend? or did you have a pass? And if so might I enquire how you went about obtaining one?

Applied to GP Masters for the media pass, was asked by local radio and paper to supply images as the Silverstone Circuit is 5 mile up the road from me.

Cheers for the reply Gadget Guy - so did the request for images come on the back of previous efforts? I'm trying to work out at what point you get the press "accreditation" for an event to grant you the media pass.

Thanks for the pictures, especially the one of Chrtistian Danner on the podium - that guy really loves racing these cars!

Masters GP

Have been taking pictures seriously for 2 years now, have invested about £12,000 in cameras and lenses and have full liability insurance and also i am registerd with Canon as a Sports Photographer.Just need to keep sending any pics you get to magazines and local papers etc and eventually you will get there. What you eventually need is regular pics in the local paper etc then tap the editor of the publication up to vouch for you when you apply for any acreditation so that they know you are not just blagging your way in.It worked for me in the end but it did take a long time, just keep trying and dont give up.
