coyote9999 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Was a little surprising to see three drivers get the boot last night. How will the finals work?

Good question. Darned if I know. I do think 3 of those left are toast pretty soon.

There were 2-3 of the first team who were good and 1 or 2 in the 2nd team. Will be fun to watch.

Tis over and Devin did pull it off. Considering he was one of the bubble racers, very good. It is awful hard to tell from TV and the little we actually saw of them on the track just how good any of them are. None really impressed me a being great. However, even Gilles was into his 3rd year before he really came to the fore in cars and yes I was there at all the races.
Aim Motorsport seem to be very good at bringing young drivers along so hopefully I am wrong and Devin will be the next star. He sure developed in a hurry.

I am happy with that selection, but this coming season is when the real test is. I look forward to seeing how he does and will be cheering him on.
Kudos have to go to all the sponsors who made the show possible, it was good entertainment.
Hope they do a second season, but for now I am happy to have my tuesdays back.

Overall I enjoyed watching the show, although at the start it was alittle slow at times.

Totally agree with the judges decision to go with Devon. I understand that some might think its easier to tame down a quick racer with an attitude (Mandarino) than to coach the driving skills to a less advanced racer (Devon). However, the reaction of the interview panel was the key to the end result. I think AIM looked at Mandarino and concluded they would be in for a season of the pupil trying the teach the teacher and someone that would need constant minding from a sponsors perspective. Devon on the other hand would be much easier to work with.

Mandarino needs to take some time to watch the show and realize that in development series a fast right foot doesn't always outweigh a fast mouth when it comes to getting a seat......

Anybody any idea if they are going to do it again? After a rocky start (goodbye Cookie) it was enjoyable. I guess it depends on how this year plays out both with Devin and the ratings. If they do it again i hope they use the full track or better yet Mosport main track!

P.S. Paul Cooke does not like turn 4, especially the creek.
