Would you support Champ Car and IRL merging?

I heard a short time ago that this might be on the cards. I'm definately not the most up to date person as far as this goes but I think IRL is losing popularity in America. Now I'm not American so I may be wrong but, in the off chance that a merger did become a possibility, would you support it?

After the way the IRL treated cart and let the series to stuggle,it will be hard to me to follow the series, but after awhile i will come around,as long as Newman-hass stays with the series and be one of the top teams then i'm for for the merger

There wouldn't be too many out there that would support it. There would also be a few not shedding a tear if the other series carks it before the merger.

THE OFFICIAL LINE

Members of this website cannot seem to discuss and learn from each other without starting an argument on this subject , therefore it is in the best interest of ten tenths not to allow discussion of a possible merger between the two series until it OFFICIALLY happens or talks even begin.
There are just some that spoil a well reasoned discussion for everyone.

My case in point some of the above posts that have already been made.
