Two tracks, a Roval, and a Permacircuit.
First, the Roval.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...2/100_0042.jpg I don't have a name for it, and I know the double left complex as soon as you enter the road course wouldn't work for safety reasons, but I love this track. Permacircuit. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...2/100_0043.jpg Runs Clockwise. Some elevation changes. I know thers not alot of runoff in the second last corner, but, oh well. Comments/Criticism and Questions welcome. Cheers, Matt. |

The road circuit seems a bit short. But nice.

The scale on the road circuit appears out of what when you consider the pitlane and the gravel trap on the final corner.
Matt: What length did you have in mind for the Road circuit? |

The roval is actually quite good. That runoff problem on entering the infield that you mentioned, could be solved easily by moving both Turn 1 and 2 of the infield a few metres closer to the oval, enabling drivers to turn in earlier, enlarging runoff in both corners respectively, without taking away too much from the length of the straight leading up to the 3rd infield corner.
I must agree with my forespeakers that the permanent road circuit appears to be slightly out of scale. It kind of looks like a mixture between the first time sector of Donington Park and the 2nd half of the A1-Ring, which is a combination that I like, but which is impossible because of a scaling problem. |
