I'm not exactly sure why, but of reminds an old Simpson's line where the chief of police mistakes DUI for DOA. As of now I can't see AJ's career being anything other than the later.

If they haven't commented after 3 months, they won't comment now....

There has to be punishment in suitations like this. Motor racing has to take a tough line on drunk or otherwise dangerous driving.

Until he is convicted he is not guilty. I do not condone DUI but I and I expect most of us have done it. I haven't for many years. It was far more acceptable years ago (still wrong). If you have ever read 'Stand On It' Grandpa was the model for a lot of the stories.
