2007 Forum Pick 'Em Contest - Homestead

Yep....

It's that time of year again!

The return of the Ten-Tenths IRL "Pick 'Em" Contest!

I'll post the template in a few minutes.

Those who have participated in the past have enjoyed it.

Looking forward to a new season and hosting a new competition.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Check with the IRL Site to get the official Entry List for the race before making your picks. If you would make them early, only to have a new team enter, or something, it can impact your selections.

FINAL NOTE:

I haven't decided if I am going to just run it (which I will do regardless), or compete again this year....

I've got lots of projects that are occupying my time this year. Not sure if I will take the time to make picks this time around.

Good Luck!

Yes you did, drdisque.

Here are the Qualifying results:

Drdisque and Alwaysfirts picked Wheldon for the Pole for 2 pts. each

drdisque also was closest to the pole speed for two more plus the bonus two points.

In the top three rows, drdisque picked three spots corredtlyand two others for one point to earn 8 more.

Always first earned 6 pts.,

Marcus drewdawg andpeno earned 5 each, and Flavinha earned 4 pts.

drdisque was the only one who had Barron as the slow qualifier for 2 pts.

Marcus got 2 pts for closest to the slow speed

Finally, drewdawg, drdisque, marcus and Flavinha all had selected drivers who were in the Top 6 for the "Just Missed" pick, and in keeping with last year's practice, those selections are awarded one point each.

Here are your totals heading into tonight:

1. drdisque - 17 pts.
2. AlwaysFirst - 8 pts.
3. marcus - 6 pts.
(tie) drewdawg - 6 pts.
5. Flavinha - 5 pts.
