I like it. 'keep it simple' works perfectly.

There are shots of the other car as well now, with a yellow nose:

The yellow is even worse, makes it impossible to even see the sponsor on the nose.

Well Henri's true to his word that the new livery would be like an old-school Matra - the blue and white really does feel like a time warp back to the early 70s...
I'm slightly intrigued by Sony's involvement in all of this. Granted, PlayStation and Gran Turismo are still writ large on the car, but the PlayStation typography is almost retro - I would have thought if Sony were still in the market to seriously sponsor Pescarolo then having some PlayStation 3 branding on there (much as they do with their football sponsorship) would have made sense. |

PlayStation as a brand has more products then just the PS3 though, there's still the PSP and they do still sell PS2 products, so that is still the correct logo for the family of products.
Granted, Gran Turismo HD is for PS3-only. |

Beautiful livery.
I am surprised the green is gone. |

Not gone entirely the "La Sarthe" logo is still in green lettering! But I do agree that Henri should try more green for recognition. I suppose we'll get used to it in time!

The bulk of the Pesca shape really does come out in the plain white Kruse livery, doesn't it? |

It does look a little dated compared to the newer pure LMP1 cars (namly the lovely looking Lolas and Courages), but you can't argue with its past performance.

You can compare the 2006 and 2007 body better on http://www.endurance-info.com/article.php?sid=3447 and http://www.endurance-info.com/article.php?sid=3686
The nose is different for sure: http://www.endurance-info.com/2007_L...t/Pesca_02.jpg Last edited by gwyllion; 7 Jun 2007 at 07:04. |

It's a bit 'blink and you miss it', isn't it? the low and high downforce nose treatment is similar on the new Creation. Low is bulbous, with convex longitudinal surface, whereas the high downforce versions are 'pinched' and have concave sections (more room for diveplanes).

It looks narrower, right?
Endurace-info.com had a comparision of the 2006 and 2007 R10s, but I couldn't tell the difference. |

Why doesn't Pescarolo team up with the Courage LC70?
P1 is only going to get more difficult to win with the new Lola B08/60 coupe. |

Now I can see it!
The new nose is higher. Is it for the front brakes?
