Theft??
Interesting that this should all happen now..the car has been living with its current owner for 18 months or so. Why has the "third party" waited until now to raise the allegation of theft? |

Acording to Mnews the issue's between Phil Nicholls and Paul Cruickshank who was selling the car on behalf of Kevin Mundy.

Maybe its what you call a Period of Grace, and maybe that has expired, with possibly one party "laughing off" the debt, whilst another party feels robbed by the sale of an asset for around 20-25% of it's value at the time.
Maybe the party that is trying to laugh off the debt has nowhere near the funds or possibly assets to now pay their dues, and maybe....well we best wait and see what the media reports If any of this allegedly happened of course (which it seemingly did as the Police got involved) |
