Thundersports should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Zolder

I may go to Zolder for the Champ cars and Euroboss, which airport do I need to fly to from the Uk, and how far is the circuit from the airport?

there's 2 airports.

brussels is pretty close. it's maybe an hour at the most by autoroute. that's the main airport airlines like british airways fly into. word about ba though, their punctuality is absolutely pants. my return flights there the other weekend had an average delay of an hour, and the outbound delay was pretty catastrophic for my plans for the day. don't use them if time is critical.

charleroi (or brussels south) is about the same distance, but i think it's a bit more cross country. i also find the hire car prices from there more expensive. it's where ryanair go to, so the marginally cheaper flights may cancel out the hire car.

personally i'd drive. it worked out just 30 minutes more time consuming to drive over than it did to fly this weekend.

Brussels: about 45 minutes. Charleroi is just a bit further, but as it winds through some silly roads like Bella says, it will take about 1 hour and 15 minutes. There is Liège as well, 35 minutes.

Depending were you start from, do what Bella writes: drive there.
I travel all the time from near Zolder to UK tracks every two weeks or so and I take the Eurotunnel, not too expensive and fast, very fast.
It takes me 2 hours and 15 minutes tops to or from Calais. Crossing time is 35 minutes plus check in (40 minutes maybe). You save per trip at least 75 minutes compared to a ferry.
From Calais it is all motorway (either via Brussels or Antwerp) to Zolder.

because it's far too much of an arseache unless you live within very close vicinity of a station in the uk? i looked at the eurostar, but to be honest i decided against it on a cost/ease of use balance. personally it's an hour trek into london then a cross london trek on the underground with bags, then wait for the eurostar and then change again at brussels for a direct train or hire a car there. not convenient.

don't know which side of london you're at it from but from November this year the Eurostar terminal is relocating to St. Pancras to its new home there. Ideal for me as its only a 30 min train ride to that station.. switch platforms.. europe here i come

same sort of end of the world as you, but i find parking at the station, then trying to get a seat on a major commuter line to london a bit more of a problem than getting to an airport. for those of us with punctuality issues, the opportunity to miss not one but two departures all in the space of a day is maybe a little too much

When I went to Zolder for the F3 Masters, I flew to Eindhoven from Stansted. From there it's about 45 minutes to the track, on pretty good roads.

I wasn't paying, but I think it was a pretty decent price (Ryanair though).

I wouldn't rely on the trains to get into London.....I am on a similar line to fraggs and possibly the same one as bella, and 30 mins from London, and they're really not reliable enough on a daily basis at least! If you're going to the airport you really need to add lots of extra time to go by train, and that's just inconvenient.
