Behra was in no 6; Gregory was in no. 26 a blue and white Maserati, which is the one here; and Bonnier was in no 24 the silver one with Swedish blue and yellow stripes - this may have been the car raced by Hermann in Germany, where presumably it was silver.
I love the background detail in these photos. Has anybody noticed the pit numbers in that photo 16, 16 bis, 18 thus avoiding the 'unlucky' (to Italians) number 17. The same as the British 12a for 13. |
