Reading through an old Autosprint report of Ecce Homo in 1978 I came across a reference to Kern's winnning Elf-Kauhsen-Renault as 'ex Leclere'.
This would tie in with Martin's later observation of the chassis number 7702 in the early 80s, since we know that Leclere had 7702 in 1977. This confirms Kurtiejjj's observation that Kern's car really was a Kauhsen, not an earlier Alpine Chris |
