The groove is the crash structure and then it ends and Ferrari decided to move the rest of the sidepod back for aero reasons probably.

According to german mag Auto Motor und Sport the F60's exhausts are illegal. Apparently the exhaust outlets may not be exposed. So I guess we now know what the first modification wille be.

apparently the fact that the f60 is carrying the KERS batteries in the front wing is the cause for some problems.
