Ax Slinger should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Well, let's try this again... I just wrote a nice long reply for you BC, and my browser locked up on me. I hope I can remember what I said...

Ok, first, I said not to worry about the SCF thing. I post at both places, and usually say about the same things. The main difference is that here I am a Moderator, there I'm just a member. Because of the fact that I am a Moderator here, I am reluctant to say anything else about the person who was banned. I don't wish to sound "holier than thou", but I will give you another hint. Oh my goodness... No, I can't.

And yes, "boobs" is pretty PG-13, isn't it? Maybe my wife is right, and I really am more conservative than I like to admit. Oh noooooooo!!!

I like to joke around but sometimes it makes people who don't know me mad, and I shouldn't do that until I know them better. Unfortunately, after being a performer all my life I usually don't think about that. I can't play guitar on here, so I try to make people laugh instead. I just forget that sometimes a joke is best held back until you know your audience. Like how I managed to irritate Stan before I had even introduced myself to him. But in the immortal words of Kahn (Star Trek II: The Wrath of Kahn) "He tasks me."

As I said I love to joke around, so when he posted an altered version of a photo I had posted in response to something someone else had posted (Tramp I think) I replied with "Do I detect a challenge?" or something like that, which if we knew each other better like we do now, he probably would have known that I meant a challenge of what I refer to as "Photochoping" skills, to see who could come up with the best Photochop insult for the others "favorite" driver. (Photochoping, by the way, is taking a photo or other picture and change it in some way, either minor or major, in a photo editor.)

That is one of my favorite passtimes. I love to edit photos in Paint Shop Pro. And while I thought my photo was a good one, he was not amused. When I realized that I thought "Uh ohh... I did it again!" But in the end, it got smoothed out, and now he knows I meant nothing by it, didn't actually mean what I typed onto the photo, and actually like his choice of drivers, Sterling Marlin and his Dodge hot rod. I have to like at least one Dodge team, as I am a Dodge owner. It may be a Caravan, but it is a Dodge, and when I bought it I went looking specifically for a Dodge.

I told Stan after Marlin won that week, that he had braggin' rights for the week, effectivly conceding defeat. Gordon was 7th that week, I think. (I can't remember which week it was now offhand...) And guess what, now I have to tell him that again...

But I have also been know to take potshots at ol' Jeffroleum too. Like this little ditty I made specially for this thread, which I hope you and the rest of the gang will find somewhat amusing:

So not to worry, I ain't got no beef with you neither. So let's have some fun and forget all that. And if you happen to be into Photochops too, consider yerself challenged to a Photochop duel.

Him getting a divorce doesn't void his NASCAR license, does it?

I must admit I did like the list Tim, LMAO.

No, divorce isn't funny. But I thought the list was, that's why I made it. I mean I feel for both Jeff and Brooke having to go through that, because I've been there. But at the same time, I still like to make jokes. I cain't help it.

Tim you might try (at least for longer posts) doing them in MS Word and then cut and paste here. I do for the race pikcem results on the other forum and it has saved me a bunch of times.

I don't have Word, but I do that in WordPad quite often. But if I don't check the formatting before I post it, I get the same complaints as you got about scrolling.

The problem was that after I wrote the post, I tried to add the link to the "check list" pic by using the "image" button, which every now and then will cause the browser to lock up. No big...
