Has anyone actually ever seen a real Proton Impian? I haven't. I remember seeing about two Wira's when they were trying out Group N Rally. |

i used to own a proton persona (previous tart up of impian) and i am no old codger, car was a piece of pooh though and that was before lotus and their reliability got involved. early protons circa 89 were good cars had one in the family and they were bulletproof but they were just old lancers rebadged

I've probably seen no more than two or three Proton Impians. The BTCC car looked nice and the livery was OK, shame it wasn't that fast (or was that the nuts behind the wheels or another factor?)

Still going, even a photo of a racing car there. Remember it was all tied in with VLR and John Batchelor though, so no surprise it disappeared.
