Sponsor Moves
Budweiser is expected to head to the #29 of Harvick. Mobil 1 has been trying to get with Hendrick's #24, as Dupont is apparently scaling back. Since Hendrick still has Quaker State, Exxon/Mobil could go to Stewart-Haas.
I guess those are 2 teams with sponsors set. If anyone hears anything else, please contribute. |

Bass Pro is expected to stay with Ganassi after all. No surprise.

Apparently...Mobil 1 may go to SHR.
Mobil 1 to the #14? Stewart Haas Racing has emerged as the leading candidate to get the Mobil 1 sponsorship that Penske Racing will vacate in 2011, when it switches to Pennzoil as sponsor for Kurt Busch (in the #22 Dodge). If SHR lands Mobil 1, it will replace Old Spice as the co-primary sponsor of Tony Stewart's #14 Chevy. The team's other car, Ryan Newman's #39, will have the U.S. Army and Tornado's back for part-time schedules next year and is trying to woo Wix Filters for a partial schedule as well.(Ford Racing), Wix Filters will be the sponsor for Newman this week at Bristol, see an image of the scheme on my #39 Team Schemes page.(8-17-2010) |

Looks like Walmart is likely going to take over as sponsor for Jeff Gordon, while Dupont either scales back to a few races, or leaves completely.
