MGB special 3330 PE (ray Gilly Gillie)

has anyone any background on a MGB, looks like it used to race, white (orig) 1963, sccr GB, tuned engine some odd thing like doubles of coils fuses etc light in engine bay, works hard top.
Previous owner says its like MGB done by Ray Gilly , Gillie !!! the wings are fibre glass but have the E type lense fitted with chrome surround!
Apparently three were made in Sussex one is in the states the others !!
I am in the process of getting the previous owners details. maybe some one reconises the REG
