Stoner was fairly quick in the first session, just behind Pedrosa. If he can last the race, then Lorenzo better pay attention, or he could lose more than just 5 points.

Interesting to see Vinales has quit the Blusens team before the end of the season, citing they have not done enough and he doesnt wnat to ride for them next year and couldnt get out of the contract.
I do sympathise in a way, he is getting to big for a Moto3 bike now and Blusens ahve proven themselves to be a very poor team in the past, look their record with Redding Laverty, and their poor effort in CRT with a half decent bike but they keep putting awful club level Spainards on it! They have achieved little despite having good backing and being in the sport for years. |

i don't think it's ok for a rider to do just that ..
no matter how crap the team is . it's not like he finished 2nd last race .. or won 5 races so far and is 2nd in the championship . the DNFs were mostly rider mistakes he couldn't just do for the last 3 races? probably there's a money issue one way or another but don't come with these kind of excuses |

I think you will find a huge problem
THe manager of the Blusens team is also Vinales personal manager! So I thnk there might be more of this than meets the eye! |

Well hopefully he gets replaced by another Spaniards
Good day of racing at Sepang, rain always makes it interesting... Roll on the Island! Can anyone see Stoner being on pace with Lorenzo & Pedrosa next weekend? |

Seems a little odd that these tyre4s dont seem to offer much grip in the wet, loads of crashes in GP class, all off power and in braking areas.
I do so wish someone else would come in and go up against these Japanese stone tyres |

Cracking Moto3 and 2 races last weekend. I've been very impressed with Khairuddin for sometime ever since I heard about just how much progress he has made over a few years from not knowing how to change gears on a bike due to the sort of things he had raced up until then etc etc. The roof wudda been blown off the grandstands had he won!
The Moto2 Malaysian wildcard was quite fearless too in the early part of that race, riding around the outside of people. As for Maverick and Blusens, I think I heard Julian Ryder say in the qualifying broadcast that there are rumours his manager may have withheld offers made to Maverick from other teams - presumably to keep the rider he managed, in the team he managed. I guess that would rankle anyone. |

What I don't get is why they keep changing the tyres. What purpose does it serve?
