My mind is at its happiest when on the move... with a project, playing a sport, writing, etc. Boredom equals unhappiness for me... plain and simple. This may sound odd, but I'm happier when I'm frustrated/angry than when I'm alert, awake, healthy, and bored... Stewing in boredom and recirculating thoughts is a killer for me, and...
