Shadow Cars F1 and Can Am book
I did a deep research and found none book about Shadow Cars.
Do you think is worth to publish one ? I am able to contact Patrese and Zorzi for their inputs. Shadow racing team was an icon in the seventies thanks overall to his founder and tech designer. Greetings to all |

Always good to get a work out on a subject not previously published but it's a big task, and getting a publisher interested in a specialist work is difficult. Production costs are high and therefore so, accordingly, is the selling price particularly as it would almost certainly be a lowish print run. Oh, and for this type of book the research is very time consuming, has to be very thorough and the outcome very accurate!

Yep, you are right; my response was more a general one in respect of any specialised book. Apologies, if I misled.

John, you were absolutely on the money with your comments. I have looked at various book projects but getting the financial side to make sense is the biggest challenge.

You could probably write a good spy thriller novel about the Shadow/Arrows affair.

I wish now I can remember where and when I saw this, but it was recent. I think it was an interview or something talking to an author about a recently released book and they mentioned something about the whole Shadow saga being their next project they were working on. Maybe it was Gordon Kirby. Not sure.
