Dad's Day Out - The Supercar Event
Hi Guys,
I need about 10 marshals who can cover this event on 15th & 16th June at Dunsfold (the Top Gear track) in Surrey http://www.thesupercarevent.com/ This is a fabulous event and all the money made from passenger rides will go to the Tadworth Childrens Trust which is a home and hospital for children with cancer. Please please please try and help even if you can only do one day of the two. Lunches (sandwiches or burgers) will be provided as a small token of thanks from the organisers. My apologies old man, but as you know already I won't be attending DDO this year as I'm saving petrol etc and will be at Combe that weekend.
However having marshalled the last three I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who is near Guildford or who just wants to see/experience the Top Gear Track, and some fine examples of cars (I could never afford!) being driven as they were intended! Best bit is the free rides if they're still doing them.
