I would think that Long, Bernhard, and Dumas are highly likely. I'm not sure why Bergmeister would be such a bad choice; often, GT drivers have a better overall awareness when they climb into a Prototype.
Who all is a current Porsche factory driver? Also, based on Audis recent efforts, will Porsche be looking to have nine LMP1 drivers for Le Mans 2014? |

Bergmeister would be a bad choice simply because he might be too tall to comfortably fit in a LMP1 car, he's about 10 cm taller than people like Alex Wurz and even Alex has some difficulties in sharing the car with other drivers who are much shorter.

Add a "Gurney bubble" to the roof of his car.

I'm intrigued that two divisions, Audi and Porsche, of the Volkswagen/Audi Group will be competing against each other next year. I'm looking forward to it.

VAG gets free publicity no matter which one wins. And I am also very much looking forward to it.

Interesting take but I seem to recall in FIA GT some years back DKR showed they knew how to prepare cars, they run some very fast Corvettes back then didn't they?

So, what do we make of the JMW pairing this year then? I wonder why Jonny Cocker wasn't retained for this year. Perhaps his driver grading counted against him.

To be fair it could be a good move if Al Faisal and Quebasi strengthen their ties with the team in the future. |

So although ELMS GTE is being run as defacto GTE-Am, the driver pairings do not need to be Pro-Am?

Simmi is obviously referring to their Pro car in Le Mans - ELMS is GTE-Am so only one Platinum/Gold driver, meaning you couldn't have Bertolini and Cocker as the latter is Gold.
