Eivind Rosnes Chevvy Monza
Would anyone have any pics of the Monza from 1991 that was used on the british rallycross grand prix or details on it please

Don't know whether I've got any pics, but the Rosnaes Monza was an absolute beast of a car- Something like 5.7 litres, driving through an automatic gearbox, and launched off the startline like a missile...
IIRC he was an ex-bike racer (speedway rings a very vague bell) who crossed over to cars after losing a leg in a bike accident, and had some link to Thor Holm's crew- the Monza was in the same 'Tork-909/Molnlycke' colours as Holm's RS200 |

It was in one of the finals at a GP as far as I remember
Quite a quick car, though I don't think it came over ehre much, was possibly in Supernational over there? A 5.7 engine is just standard size for a small block Chevy, so it was probably just a tuned one of those. Auto box and hand throttle I recall |

Definitely a small block as I remember. I think the only time I saw it over here was at the Brands GP about 1990/1991
