mixed feeling about how to rate this one.
early pit stops are terrible but SV really did make the most out of that strategy. the track is a bit of a frankenstein made up of bits from other tracks and as such completely soulless (ironic its in a country all about soul power) but the relatively small crowd was one of the most enthusiastic and positive we have seen all year. the reaction Webber got when he stopped and the cheers for the SV on the podium were just fantastic to see. and there was racing moments scattered all over the place. i know im late to this thread and these points have no doubt already been made but ill give it a solid 5 and add that i hope India gets another chance to put some more history and soul into its track. |
