Hill Climb tyres for a Formula Vauxhall Junior
Hi all,
Hope someone can help me. I have just purchased a FVJ 16v (RF97) and want to start hill climbing and sprints with it, all my tyres are circuit tyres (ie the compound to too hard) does anyone know where i could get some suitable slicks / wets the sizes on the current tyres are 6 x 21 x 13 on the front and 7 x 22 x 13 on the rear. Failing that, if i need to change the wheels to a more common size what is the best / cheapest size to go for? Many thanks, Mark. |

I would suggest talking to Avon* or BMTR about the various options they can provide, and to investigate the site for people who like to race uphill for specific advice.
*other tyre manufacturers are available. |
