Will Arrows use the same tactic again?

I was very surprised to see both Arrows deliberately DNQ today. Even the Prost team never got this desperate. I'm sure the Arrows team will retire from F1 very soon unless someone else buys them.

But will Arrows do the same thing in the qualifying session in Germany if they haven't got their finances sorted out?

Deliberately DNQing must surely be against some sort of regulation? If not, it certainly ought to be. It's highly unethical. What a farce.

Yeah!! What a Pharce. First Walkinshaw tries to gate crash F1 with Team Phart, now he tries to gate crash out of F1 with this Pharce. In any other sport, Walkinshaw would have been rubbed out. Let's hope Bernie refuses to pay him for " dis appearance".

I can understand why they had to do it because they just don't have enough money to go racing.

It doesnt worry me if they do it - if it keeps them alive then so be it. I don't like TW, but I admire the way the team is being kept alive.

Hey Guys, TW is not doing this to keep the team alive He is doing this to collect appearance money. If Arrows keeps this up for the rest of the year, the way they see it, they don't have to race to collect money. This will all come down to the definition of the word PARTICIPATION as interpreted by the FIA. But I'd rather see the appearance money split between Jordan, Minardi and Sauber, than handed to Arrows for this pitiful Pharce. The way I see it - the money should be for participation as in performance, not doing a farcical show up and shoot through without any preformance. Would you pa a clown to come to a birthday party if he stays for 1 minute and 19 seconds and then shoots through?
