Chevron B56 found
I have recently located Chevron B56 82/03 in a warehouse in Texas. The car is disassembled. All parts seem to be in the area of the tub. The body panels are painted yellow with white accents. Any one know the history of this car? Is it worth restoring, given that Formula Atlantic is not active in this area?
There is also a B19 (HU36) with a B21 nose, more or less put together. It is red. Thanks! |

I'll post pictures of the serial number plates that are attached to the tub of each car as soon as I can get back to the warehouse.
Sorry, the HU36 number was from the Lola 212. The B19 says 71/06. |

Interesting discoveries! I have no history on T212 HU36 apart from the fact that it went to Jo Bonnier, then a main Lola dealer.
The Chevron B19 chassis 71/06 was one of the DART team cars that later went to the US and was used in the second Can-Am series in the late 1970s. I'd be very interested to hear where it is now and its recent history. I have a partial history for it up to the mid-1980s. |

Wow! I had thought that car had ended up in the scrapyard. Great find. Please post what you find in the way of history.

I have The last Chevron B64 , It has been completely restored ,developed, a slight suspension geometry revision made it handle fabulously, Oiling system was revised when Steve Jennings built the new motor.
It was the Brian Redman car, it has been driven an average of one time every two years. Much better than new condition. May be selling it. I would be interested in seeing that one in Texas also. Cheers, Kim Baker Link to photos of the B64 http://www.facebook.com/album.php?ai...9&l=705af1bd26 |

The unused bare tub referred to by Mr Driftwood seems now to have found its way to me...

Chevron B56 found
I believe I owned that Chevron B56 at one time. I remember the paint scheme.
