Lauda and Berger corners at Zeltweg have been renamed

Niki Lauda and Gerhard Berger had their name in two corners at the Zeltweg circuit. Now that Red Bull has bought it, those corners have been renamed Pirelli and Würth. The Jochen Rindt corner still stands yet.

To be fair, the corner names at the Red Bull Ring (in its modern form) have always been a bit of a moving feast. By way of comparison it wasn't that many years ago that Gerhard Berger Corner was called Power Horse Curve.

I wasn't impressed when they bulldozed the original circuit. In fact, "outraged" would be my best description. Probably the best circuit in the world, destroyed.
