Now this I would agree with. And I could see where he was coming from last weekend when he let a foaming at the mouth van Gisbergen through to go and take out Frosty

Well you don't win a bunch of championships by not recognising its not your day and just banking what points you can.

Frosty couldn't get past Tander on Saturday........Tander was not obligated to let him through.

Getting back to Roland.......was it a strategic blunder by T8 to start on the hard tyres? That's what put Lowndes in the position he was in.........I guess each team rolls the dice.

Of course not. No one is suggesting as such.

We're simply saying that a driver with a dud car, trying to vigourously fend off a driver with a good car, is more than likely going to be on the receiving end of contact, or worse...

That's what was strange, Tim Edwards commented at the time, how the safety car came out at exactly the wrong time for Frosty, immediately after his pit-stop.

I wasn't attacking anyone, I was just commenting how Frosty couldn't get past Tander.

It also sounds like Frosty made the tyres last better than anybody expected, maybe including Tim Edwards!

Yes, that must have been the key to Frosty's success.

No offence intended, but I find it really funny that so many people (a similar thing happened with a previous article) are confuddled when the website has the authors name printed on the right hand side.
and who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks? I was just looking where the usual credit sits at the top of the story. Shouldn't an interviewer interject there and mention that it happens quite a bit, and the onus is on the overtaker? Might have got Roland even more riled up, provided more colour for the article, and been even more salesworthy? Or are interviewers not aloud to offend 888?

No, the quality of journalism is on the decline.

Far easier to make a mountain out of a mole hill. Leads to a larger amount of subsequent stories.

Mature non-idiotic response

Mostert said it was just racing, and that he and Lowndes had not had any words post-race.
