Vic State Series rnd 3 Sandown

Was planning of heading along to round three at Sandown in three weeks time and am wondering what ticket prices are like? I was going to go by myself but am slowly convincing my brother who isn't a tappet head like myself to come along so can anyone confirm what categories are racing there also?

Any help appreciated

Notso Swift should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Long time since I have bought a ticket, but maybe $25 for 2 days is familiar for PI (Sunday only same price), and Sandown a bit cheaper $10 for Sat $15 for Sun, but again I am only going from memory.
If I was racing I would have offered a spare but will only be crew

The VSCRC website can be a little unhelpful when it comes to details.

Categories came from the entry form & admission details from Sandown Raceway website.

Red Hill (Dandy Rd) has had free entry for the last few VSCRC rounds at Sandown.

Not sure about this one though.

Round 3 is being run by the Australian Sports Sedan Association, but I wouldn't expect to find much info on their website either.

Anybody picking up on my pet hate about websites that tell you NOTHING!!

Wow, those prices have gone up. Opening up the hill was a great idea for the last few events, but now they are starting to charge...
disappointing, just means we will have more people back on the bridge

$25 - $30 for a weekend is pretty normal, not sure if the single day prices have changed much, I've never just gone for a single day.

That is one of the best looking paint jobs (or wrap) I have seen for many many years. Superbly presented.

Must admit it is nice to see something a bit different on a Ferrari, it's not compulsory to be red.

Real Ferraris are yellow (and black) as in the badge. Red just means it's Italian.

^^ That, Works colour vs National colour
Legend goes Enzo hated the red but was a shrewd enough marketer not to change it

Yellow is the "town colours" for Modena, Red is the Italian national race colour from early grand prix and rallies.

Ferrari road cars were rarely red until Magnum PI made it popular.

When I started following F1, the Ferrari pit crew wore yellow shirts with black trousers. I assumed this was in deference to sponsor Agip, it never occurred to me that it was for Modena or Ferrari.
