very important request from france

hello from france
i m jacques live in france and a single seat enthusiast
need a help for running a 98 IRL AURORA engine don't know where finding this help - i ve contacted team which used it by the time but nothing
i also desesperate to find spare specialy an ECM engine and loom and sensors
if some guys of this forum had contacts for that it would be marvellous for me bec may be i m alone in EU owning sutch an engine (most of F3000 owner used ZYTEC , COSSWORTH, MUGEN and so on)

Well, Trackforum used to be the big IRL board when that series still existed. My guess is it's still the most likely place you'll find somebody knowledgeable who has dealt with that engine in person before. Good luck.

Bonjour Jacques,

J'ai beacoup de ces moteurs ici a Londres....

I have also got many spare parts. 10 new crankshafts - 10 piston sets, oil pumps (very very rare and expensive). Lots of timing gears etc. I have maybe 80 cam shafts. I could be persuaded to part with some.

Many sensors are standard GM parts. Do you have a build manual? I can send you a pdf if it will help. If I cannot help you I know contacts in the USA who have loads of spares and experience. There is a hill-climb car in austria with this engine - converted to petrol. So no you are not alone.
