The Southend area was once home to two of the major slot race venues in the country and there must be plenty of ex racers out there.
Southend Slot Racing Club has a 4 lane wooden track, lap length approx 200 feet at Pound Lane, Bowers Gifford. We are a couple of minutes away from both the A127 and the Sadlers Farm Roundabout on the A13.

We welcome both beginners and retired ex racers to our friendly club with help and advice freely given to help you improve your cars.

We race 1/32 scale in various classes on a Tuesday evening and Vintage 1/24 and 1/ 32 scale usually on the 2nd Friday of each month.
