Bad for AF Racing, good for TDS - they take the lead and need to win to keep their title hopes alive. But if Ladygin carries on to the end of the stint Lancaster will probably overhaul him as well.
Tincknell doing his usual stint, but it's a tall order to make up a minute in 75 minutes, and then he has to pass Lancaster to guarantee the points lead. Edit - FCY for the stricken #68 Aston. Ladygin pits, Aleshin in. The #21 was catching the #41 overall. All the other front runners need to stop.
#38 team manager to stewards. When it rains, it pours. Edit - Greaves have a stop/go for a pit violation apparently (according to the team's twitter). TDS stopped, fuel & tyres. Tincknell struggling to even keep up with Aleshin on old tyres. With this finish I make it Greaves/TDS/Jota 1-2-3 in the championship. |

So Jota throw away the championship with Dolan making a big error ... is this 2015 or 2014?
That shouldn't take anything away from the other teams though - Greaves have been fantastically consistent throughout the season and TDS got everything right this weekend to pull themselves to within two points of the title. Who would have dreamt of this result when we had that press conference after the Silverstone race? Come to think of it, Lancaster getting pinged for his pass on Gommendy would have seen things shake out rather differently here!
