No tickets recieved..

Hi TT.
So, I´ve a problem, and I need an advice.

We have planned to leave Denmark tuesday afternoon, destination: Hue Annex, Le Mans. We have ordered the tickets from Travel Destinations in UK, we have done that for many years now, and the service there is excellent.
My friend, who has ordered the tickets, and who have not given the tickets many thoughts since booking, suddently realice that the tickets have not arrived yet..
It is not about the entrance tickets, we can buy them in France, but the tickets for the three campsites, they are the problem.
We know excatly which three camp sites we have booked - but that is no good if we can´t get in to the camp.

Any suggestions what to do?

Is it possible to get a new ticket for campsite in such a hurry?

Better post this in the Le Mans forum as well.

Give TD a call. They know which serial numbers of tickets you have. They should be able to cancel those and reissue new ones. They are present at the track.
