It was calm for LRP and while the sharp end of GTLM and overall didn't ever seem to be in question, the rest of the field put on one helluva show, imho.

Whatever one chooses to call it ... it was a proper race. Just about the right number of cars for a track that size.

I have yet to see the Conti race. I should look that up.

I'd say 2.75 hours is endurance in regards to a series You can't have a 10-12 race calendar filled with 24 hour races. You need some shorter races in there to make the long ones special.

I brought a piece of carbon fiber from GTD Porsche back home. TSA took my bag to secondary but I was allowed to keep that piece.

The 75 Merc passing the Porsche is exceptional ... the #10 WTR being chased by the Flying Banana is also very, very good.
