ALMS possibilities
with the grand-am practically ruling out an SR1-LMP900 chassis, do you guys think that these cars will be regular competitors at ALMS events.
- Doran Lista Dallara LMP - Crawford Racing Crawford SCC - Robinson Racing R&S MK3-C - Sezio Florida Norma M2002 - Pegasus Racing Lola B2K-10 As for the european ALMS race(s) I'm hoping that these cars will join. - Pescarolo Sport Courage C60 2x - Racing for Holland Dome S101 2x - Team Oreca Dallara LMP 2x - Courage Competition Courage C60JX 1x - Durango Formula GMS LMP1 1x What do you guys think |

About American teams is very probably their move to ALMS. About European teams??? I don´t believe because of is very expensive a full season in USA and also their sponsors are European without interest in America.

It has to be said that the biggest loss to date from ALMS was the Favanelli Lola - The seris needs a good competitive privateer.

Maybe we'll see the R&M as well although that won't be competitive against the current frontrunning LMP machinery either. Some cars I'd like to see in FIASCC competition (because I believe there will be a series next year) are all those European teams mentioned above, as well as all those Lola B98s and B2Ks that are currently in storage (Konrad! Kremer! Berridge post-"Michel Vaillant"!) as well as an Eventus car that doesn't break down ; the Rowan Reynards; the Rafanelli/Blieninger long-tail R&S Mk.III; maybe a privateer MG?? (alright so I'm asking too much); a couple of SR2 Pilbeams and Lolas - In other words: a solid 20 car grid every time out. And a stable schedule, please. |

And as for Pegasus, I believe Oliver Kuttner bought a Doran DSP.
