Chevron B24
Just noticed no B24 listed,
Peter Gethin's Race of Champions winning also highly original car was unfortuately almost totally destroyed in a disastrous garage fire. The rebuilt car using the original baulkheads for the new tub has just been completed |

I worked on that car in CanAm in 1981 and 1982. Sad to see it destroyed but so glad it's been revived. Still have the damaged (Road Atlanta 1978) tub from B24-73-05A in my basement. Sadly missing all the brackets and fittings, which were removed to serve as track spares for the 02 car and sold along with the car. 05A was the car that McKitterick drove in the first Long Beach Grand Prix, finishing 10th.
