Explains A Lot!

This explains much.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/ukne...ide-tests.html

Living in the wilds in Essex and unfortunately having the utter misfortune to drive through Southend-on-Sea and on the A127, A13 and M25 when heading to more civilised locales, I have long speculated the causal factors in such appalling driving must only be consumption of proscribed drugs overhang, plus the multiple cans of Red Bull consumed by so many as a wake up, early in the mornings!

Truly frightening...
