Highest average race speed was 150.754 mph by Peter Gethin in a BRM at the 1971 Italian GP

Fastest lap speed was 161.786 in qualifying by JPM in a Williams at the 2002 Italian GP

Highest straight-line speed 225.7 mph by Jean Alesi in a Jordan, 2001 Italian GP [not sure if this is the outright record though]
