Max of course.
Honourable mention for chuck and Hamilton for equaling Schumi's podium record in the most schumi way ever...by beating his team mate. |

No competition - Charles Leclerc
Nah, this time there is competition, and I'll give it to Verstappen. He's definitely the only man capable of hauling his car up to compete with a superior Mercedes package. If only Leclerc had more power, he looks like he'd happily show them a thing or two as well. Feel sorry for Bottas and Hulkenberg though, losing to their teammates who aside from the final 5 laps or so they had comprehensively had the measure of all weekend. Strange to be saying that about Bottas too, he needs to make these weekends count, but it seems Toto has his own ways of getting Lewis to sign that contract |

Has to be Verstappen, with a mention in dispatches for Hulkenberg.

Max. Easy!
Nearly went Leclerc again but he had a bit of a Grosjean moment. |

It really is Max. Good race by Leclerc too.
But I’m going for Hulk because I can. |

I voted Verstappen for obvious reasons.
Shout out too for LeClerc & Hulkenburg. Albon drove a good feisty race, with some brilliant overtakes. I guess that happens when you qualify lower than you should, but hats off to him anyway. |

Nice to see Max quoting a Canadian legend Larry Enticer when he told his engineer that he was "going to send it" when given the green light to push.

Max, if only for reprising his "hydrate and sanitize" line....

I’m voting for Max, what a drive, made the tyres last while pushing and beat the Mercs on merit

Well, Max and his radio were cool, but it all depends on the car. Higher pressure and marginally hotter surface had put RB16 into "working window" - the driver had only not to spoil (as one spinner usually does) it. SF1000 is in much worse state and how Leclerc managed to nurse his tyres (just look through some photos after the finish) - it's just unbelievable.

Undoubtedly Max for me, great drive and great strategy. And he's such good fun with it!
Kudos to Hulkenberg for a more than decent performance in the circumstances, to Leclerc for another excellent job in a poor car and to Albon for providing the best series of overtakes we've seen in a while. The boy does have it, RB just need to give him the support and encouragement that he needs. If RP are still seriously looking at Vettel after that one, they need their heads examining. |

I really wanted to vote for Nico Hulkenberg, but I'm afraid he really didn't do enough (which is hardly surprising in the circumstances).
I voted Verstappen because he won, and won in a manner that suggested he could have gone a lot quicker if he needed to. Clearly the car was being kind to its tyres in a way the Mercedes wasn't, but the driver has a big part to play there too. Massive respect to Leclerc too for dragging that shed into a place it didn't deserve. |

Excellent drive by Verstappen, but my vote goes to Charles Leclerc. Max got 26 laps out of the C2s and Charles 34 and came 4th in that Ferrari.

Max - barely looked to be trying at times but had the pace and tyre life to blitz the Mercedes.
Honourable mentions for Leclerc (for getting that dog of a Ferrari further up than it had any right to be), Albon (for the sheer number of 'outside passes - and especially the one at Cpose), Hulkenburg (for getting to the end without his head falling off and only just being beaten by his teammate (thanks to a conspiracy theory late pitstop)). |
