9 - basically any race with rain is automatically at least an 8, but this rain made half the field look amateur, and that was worth an extra point.

7 was my instinct but maybe 8 was more fair. The pre-red flag period was particularly entertaining but Verstappen's win was predictable enough early on losing it a mark or two...although I was happy for him so I was probably a little hot with the keys on this one.
