Winton has been postponed again.

November being the tip for the reschedule.

Supercars already has NZ, F1GP & Gold Coast list for November at the moment though.

The F1 date would be the best bet.

I think Eastern Creek -or SMP if you really insist-will finish up on that date.NSW government might have more pull than Benalla Auto Club.
Winton might finish up on Western Australia date or 2-3 weeks before that if WA border is open.

Somehow I don't think SMSP is going to run on its scheduled date either.

Up until the NSW Covid situation leaked into Victoria (& elsewhere) it was being suggested elsewhere to run a double header at Winton, one weekend using the long track and the next using the still in existence short track layout.

We just ran a full short track meeting last weekend at Winton an the traditional May Historic meeting just ran its 44th edition earlier this year.

The biggest blocker is the pit lane complex is not easily accessible to the short track layout so we are unlikely to see Supercars using the short track in the current pit complex layout.

https://www.supercars.com/news/champ...sland-raceway/

The article suggests the deal is done.

It was also shown as the next round on the Fox Sport Townsville telecast.

But maybe not such a done deal after all.

I've seen a number of Speedcafe teasers about calendar - reckon it'll all get announced and then the website updated at that stage.

According to the latest teaser, QR deal may be off. Guess we'll know soon.
