Season was ok, not the finest for competition in GT Open.

Im still on the fence about the Pro category. GT Open has always felt better as a Pro Am series to me, and seeing only 2-3 cars battle for the outright win in 75% of the races gets boring.

Nice to see the Pro Am Mclaren of Moss/Osborne get an outright win to close out the season though

In general, I agree, Imola was especially disappointing, but sometimes there were glimpses, like in Monza. But that's the way the series works, which depends on the private teams of gentlemen and the depth of the Pro-Am grid. In recent years, there have been fewer Pro crews.
