FCY! Oh no not again!
Inevitably a FCY will be called and no doubt ruin everything that is holy about endurance racing.

 actually I’m on some new meds  Perfect opportunity to discuss how they work and have the room out of a race thread to develop. Also has the side effect of allowing the race thread to concentrate on the impact on the race, rather than the whys and wherefore, and what is going on. |

The usual “censoring”
Did you see the marshals practicing the yellows today? Actually, that is a thing. They have in previous years practiced slow zones and full course yellows. Did they do that today? |

TBH, not really. We saw slow zones and safety cars but as I didn't have the RLM commentary on much, I wasn't sure if they were 'real' or just practice. The RLM guys seemed to be largely working blind as well, the little that I did hear....
