Increased Limits

As we've removed the "subscriber" options, I've decided that the general limits on certain things, PMs, upload limits, etc. should be increased for all users.

So going forward you can have up to 1000 PMs in your inbox, upload limits have been removed, picture sizes (where applicable) have been increased.

Some of this is because most users / devices can cope with bigger screen areas, we're not in the dark ages where a 1024x768 screen was considered "big" and where now even "Full HD" (1920x1080) is starting to get considered a minimum acceptable screen.

Probably won't make much of a difference to most people, but the changes are there anyway.

Yep, as long as people don't go daft with huuuuugggggeeeee images.........

There's code in place that should deal with displaying larger images in an expected fashion.
