The end of this race is almost an Indy repeat with incident after incident.
Kirkwood could have made some moves, but probably too late now. |

Fun last five laps or so.
McLaren will be fun on the way home tonight. |

Congrats to Alex Palou. If he keeps this up he will be champion again.

Pretty good race, would have liked fewer cautions, but thats what we got.

Fewer restarts needed and they stayed clean, and Indy didn't throw the flag for Colton's wing since everyone avoided it we'll
Think there's some tweaking they could consider but didn't seem like the dumpster fire it could have been on the new track |

7 cautions for 32 laps. All things considered that's not at all bad.

Stupid NBC app spoiled it for me with the highlights w/ winner on big and bold letters when opening....
That said, it got a little frustrating in the end but all in all, not terrible. Still enjoyed the actual circuit a little more than I thought I would. I get why they're not on Belle Ilse but that's just such a better layout for racing. |

Better than expected in my opinion. Palou was on another level, Kirkwood with a wonderful fightback.
Painful to see Grosjean so visibly upset with himself. |

Ganassi in general and Palou especially seemed on another level compared to all the other teams. To get the four team cars home first, fourth, eighth, and ninth in such a chaotic race is amazing. Palou avoided discussing championship possibilities post race but he surely looks like a solid favorite from here.
